I made a paleo cake on the weekend, but slammed some chocolate protein powder in it to bulk it up.
in an oven dish put 200g blueberrys, tbsp coconut oil, tbsp honey and put in the oven for 5 minutes until the berries start to soften.
In a mixing bowl mix the following
2 mashed bananas
200ml coconut milk
50g almond powder
25g coconut powder
100g choc whey
25g crushed hazelnuts
2 tbsp cinnamon
add milk, whey/almond powder until you get a thick consistancy
spread over the top of the berries and put in the oven for 20 minutes medium heat.
serve with a splash of cocnut milk, this will have 4 decent servings with around 30g protein per serving
