Castro hinted on Instagram that the cool down show will reveal some big changes for this years Crossfit season.......I guess we shall wait and see. As a Masters athlete I doubt we will see any significant changes to the format more of the same. AMRAPs with gymnastic/olympic lifting limiters in the Open with some slightly heavier and more skilled stuff at the Masters Q. Masters at Regionals would be cool but I doubt it highly.
