Are you getting physically better?
Or are you doing 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical at the same intensity everyday?
Are you doing crossfit?

For me, weight loss happened with physical progression as well. If your diet is in check (like you say it is), and you are progressing with duration and intensity in your workouts, then you may want to check your diet again.

Go for the paleo challenge. Summed up: Eat meat, vegetables, nuts/seeds, and eat fruit before you work out. (Don't rip this apart)
