Thursday - 07/11/2013 - two 18 minute workouts today

***Workout 1***

AMRAP in 18 Minutes: (4 rounds)
300m Run
1 Length Parallel Bar Walks
23 KBS 70#
11 HSPU

***Workout 2***

Linda: (18:17...my bodyweight is 162 so went off of 165 and rounded up)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (250)
Bench press: body weight (165)
Clean: 3/4 body weight (125)
