Warm up Advice
Good afternoon all,
I saw the Crossfit Games this year for the first time and fell in love! I am a US Marine and I will be getting deployed soon and I am looking into doing a lot of CF while I am overseas. I am planning on doing the CFE for military Rx. 4-6 CF WOD and 3-4 Endurance WOD a week (2 of which will be with full gear).
So my question is this. Is there any certain kind of warm ups I should be doing or is it just the standard stretching and such?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
