Also, check out the nutrition sections and read up on Paleo / Zone dieting. It's more of a theory of nutrition than a strict diet to follow. Kind of gives you a new-age idea of nutrition and what our bodies really need.

From your post, it sounds like your on a low fat / high carb/protein diet. In my opinion, high fat / protein / low carb is better than high carb / protein / low fat. Rather than going into detail here just read the nutrition forum theres a ton of info there.
