Today I was at Imperial and did the WOD they posted.
"The Chief" - 5 x 3min AMRAPs of 3 cleans (135), 6 push ups, 9 air squats with 1 minute rest between AMRAPs. Rounds for each 3 min sections were:
7, 6, 6, 5, 6 for a total number of 30
Was a little upset I left some in the tank for the last round and was able to beat my previous round in the last one. Makes me feel like I'm sand bagging. Overall was pretty happy with it though.
Worked with my good buddy Cody Quinn who wrestles at Minnesota State Mankato and is an absolute stud. Was good to have him there to push me.
Was done after that, felt like I had my share for the day. Plus the peanut-butter filled pretzels, beer, limoncello, and graham crackers I had at a party last night didn't leave me feeling great in the morning.
