47:29 As Rxed (About 17:00 slower then what I remember)
I was feeling pretty weak throughout and really getting down on myself. Then I started to think:

2nd WOD today.
I've only been back for 3 weeks after 5/6 months away.
I also went back through what I've eaten today;turns out 6 grams of carbs isn't enough for me to sail through 2 WODs.

At least I can crush this time easily when this WOD comes up again.
