I doubt anyone who understands CrossFit is dragging out the WOD. Our classes are 1/2 an hour. That's not counting the warm up, which I recommend people do on their own before the class starts. On Saturday, we often stay a half hour afterwards to work on skills, play Hoover Ball or go down to the creek bed to throw heavy stuff. So while the "class" is a half hour we are often warming up and playing for another half hour to forty five minutes.
