My cleans have been awful lately so I went lightish on these to really concentrate on my jumping point and not pulling with my arms. I noticed when my grip starts to get tired I don't let go of the bar when it gets to my shoulders. Seems counter intuitive but at least I recognize it now. This is the same issue I have when the bar starts to get heavy. Form felt pretty good on these though.

handstand push up

This was hard. Handstand push ups are not my thing but I want to work on them this year. Did them on paralettes with a med ball and ab mat under my head. These definitely took the most time. All kbs were unbroken.

Core work - tabata
first 4 work sets - L hangs
second 4 work sets - ring plank
