Why would you do one hour of crossfit after a 1.5 hr oly session? After a 1.5 hour oly session one would think you'd be pretty beat. Are you in training for something in particular?

If your primary goal is to lean out, and at your current intake you are simply maintaining 195 then you have to eat less kcal. How long have you been eating approx 2500- 3000 calories per day, and has your weight changed over this time.

how do you feel in general on this intake level. Do you feel high energy, low energy etc.? Is your performance good?
