I've been using the Crossfit program for about 6 weeks now and performed my first Muscle-Up today prior to the WOD. Now I can't wait to start stringing these together.
After hundreds of failed attempts I took a look at Jodi's video posted by Anthony. After watching her form, I noticed a few things I could be doing better in terms of weight transfer, and it worked. I was staying too far back and not transferring enough of my weight to the front of the rings.
Anthony and Jodi, thanks for the video assistance. I would still be hanging below the rings without the help.
