Re: How to build a Dip Bar?
I've been cf'ing for 18 months now w/out dip "bars." Just sub pushups, close hand pushups, or of course the ring dips. I think the only place I have ever even seen dips on bars mentioned is in the warmup anyway. All the wods call for rdips. imo
You can build your rdips just like pullups; gtg, negatives/jumping, put your feet on a box, etc.
