Pretty happy with these here. The plan coming in was to work up to 130, came to the realization that I've generally been going to 127 and then to 131-133 and hadn't hit 130 in a while. The first attempt at 133 was the only good one and it set me to my butt just like the ones on Saturday did.

I'm going to make 133 either tomorrow or Saturday and when I do its getting slammed through the floor.

Pause Clean and Jerk
100x1, 108x1, 116x1, 124x1

Exactly as planned. Last one was a PR for a pause.

Front Squat
20x10, 70x2, 90x2, 100x2, 110x2, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1, 150x1, 158x1, 165x1, 173 (F)

Surprised with how good these felt. 165 was the most that I've made in quite a while, since back in April. 173 was a PR attempt. Had some plans to do more volume but went so far with the singles I didn't.
