It's interesting how each decade has its own set of food products that will DESTROY your health and others that hold the promise of energy, well-being, and a cancer free life.
Who knows what will be next, could kale be destroying our livers? Time will tell. For me the sure-fire way to feel good is to rest, eat real food with ingredients you can pronounce, and do things you enjoy.
As in any health report, "Much, much more research is needed." Until then, if you feel like crud, make changes. If eating gluten is working fine for you, have yourself a bagel and and go do something you enjoy.
