Here is a cereal I like

1 TBSP flax milled flax seeds
1 TBSP of hemp protein powder
1/4 cup'ish chopped nuts
1 TBSP chopped ginger
Banana cut up
1 date cut up
Cacao nibs (optional)
Almond milk

Mix it all up, great as a post WOD
