I did 6 laps of the 600 course which averages to an 8 min mile

Afternoon workout

Ladder 10 min AMRAP
3 pullups
3 24kg Kettlebell Swings...

I got up to 18 dead hang pullups and 3 swings..
I NEED TO LEARN how to KIP! My hands got torn the F up.
