Power Clean: 150x3, 150x3

Squat: 235x5, 235x5, 235x5
Bench Press: 200x5, 200x5, 200x5
Deadlift: 260x5

Military Press: 125x5, 125x5, 125x5
Power Clean: 155x3, 160x3, 160x3 (finaly went home and read that it's suppose to be 5 sets of 3 -_- Will have to do it right next time)
Knees to Elbows: 3x10
