Re: Intermittent Fasting (IF) Where to start?
I have been down the eating disorder route before, hence my hesitance towards this. However since I've made my recovery, it has seemed like im almost afraid to not eat at regular intervals.
The past 2 days (started saturday night 9pm) i've done 14/10ish, I have to say up until the last like 2 hours it has gone pretty well, workouts are solid, feel better than eating all the time. yes, I am aware it has only been 2 days. just my experience so far.
