Unable to complete 1 rep squats the other day as only possess 85kg of iron.
As such did five round of the following:
21,15,9,15,21 rounds (round 1 21 reps of all exercises, round 2 15 reps etc)

Broad Jumps
Lungees (reps per leg)
Deadlift Bodyweight (85kg)
Box Jumps

1 minute rest between rounds. Good session that worked my lungs and legs nicely. Horrible leg burn experienced.

I know this works different systems, just thought I would share the pain.
