My favourite vegetable of the moment is bok choi. I have a Chinese friend that recently showed me how to cook them, basically just chop off the bottoms and throw them in really hot oil with lots of salt.
I haven't tried the salt bit, but the for the rest of it, cooking them in a really hot pan with a bit of oil is great.
You can mix in some steak, a few walnuts, a bit of soy and chilli. I could eat it every night.
Does anyone else have some good ideas for bok choi?
