50 Jump rope, double unders
50 Hip Extensions
50 GHD Sit-ups
Right after I woke up this morning:
Sub in Tuck Jumps, Goodmornings w/ an 25lb-ish sandbag, and Unanchored Sit Ups
Lame, but hips and abs are still FUBAR. Ended up playing dope on a rope for about 4 1/2 hours again on Thursday. Getting real f'ing sick of rappelling.
I'll be doing the
50 Ring Dips
40 Ring Dips
30 Ring Dips
20 Ring Dips
10 Ring Dips
in a couple hours. Still trying to figure out how to break this one down.
