You're probably, actually definitely, right because I wasn't phased by the 5-10 minute WODs at all. Its just kind of scary because I didn't feel phased by this one until 48 hrs later. Now I have no idea how to judge myself. I'm nervous that every WOD I do from now on is gonna creep up and bite me in a few days. All my swelling is gone now and I just have some shoulder soreness. I'm going on vacation from this upcoming Wednesday through Sunday so I'm planning on doing just mobility, yoga, and running until then and then after my vacation starting to dabble back into some crossfit. I just have no idea where to start or how slow to take it after this incident.
