Hey folks,

I'm switching to the Zone this week and need advice on post workout eating.

I'm doing the BrandX scaled WOD (I'm new to Crossfit--you people are animals), followed by my usual 50 minutes on the stairclimber (I'm a climber/hiker so I need the endurance). The only problem is that I finish up and am craving carbohydrates.

Any advice on a good, zone-friendly recovery snack? I tried searching but only found bits on eggs, tuna, and seeds?
