here' a nice little workout we did today. we needed a EASY day so this fit the bill.

10 95lb push presses
20 situps
10 rnds

13:11

got the heart rate going without the nausea (sp?) feeling.
should have done it as max rounds in 20 min but wasn't sure how long it was going to take.
