I broke my wrist a few weeks ago, but just recently had a cast put on. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a WOD that might still prove challenging without messing with my wrist. I can still execute back squats and certain machine exercises, but Im trying to stay in keeping with CF WOD's.
don't want to mess with the scaphoid as it is a very slow healer due to its poor blood supply. So as an ortho surgeon I would not recommend any gripping, pushing, lifting, pulling, That leaves running, squats with weighted vest, situps, box jumps, hollow rock, back extensions, one armed kettlebells
