Organizing Zen Planner for Efficiency

Does anyone have any suggestions for setting up Zen Planner (Dashboard) to get a better "visual" of what's going on in your box? I want to set up the Dashboard differently for different positions in our box to better show that individual the info they need most. How do you have your ZP systems set-up?

For example; I need my accountant getting reports on Membership data. For myself I need Attendance info to follow up with anyone not showing after 4 weeks... I'm just wondering if anyone has a really specific and "anal" system for their ZP operations.
