9-26-08: 30 muscle ups for time. Subbed 4 pullups and 4 ring dips per muscle up. Got through 20 sets before my arms were exhausted and rubbed raw from the ring straps. Good enough for me.
9-27-08: Went to the Go Fast Games at Royal Gorge Bridge. It's the tallest suspension bridge in the world and they only let people base jump and bungee jump off of it once per year at these games. Got some awesome pics. Skipped the WOD, but we walked and hiked around enough at the games.
9-28-08: 5-5-5-5-5 Push Jerks. Loved this one. My shoulders are still extremely weak but I feel pretty good about the weight I put up:
1. 5x95 (note to self: shouldn't have started this low)
4. 5x135 (failed on my 4th rep and then tried again to finish my 4th and 5th reps)
Total score: 2975. I hope to crush this next time.
Also did some bench presses and curls for old times sake :P
