I scaled the weight down to 75#. Neither of my shoulders are in great shape -- I've torn the rotator cuffs in both of them and broke my left collarbone in 2 places and tore my AC 2 years ago. All snowboarding injuries :P
Also started on the hundredpushups.com program today. So, Week 1 Day 1 - 10,10,8,6,max (60 seconds of rest between each round) - Complete.
