Done correctly, and with a proper warmup, the WOD will be plenty. Add to that sport specific training and you won't have time for "regular" stuff... altho round these parts the WOD is a "regular" workout.
Try it as is for a couple weeks and see if you need more. The full CF warm-up (found in the FAQ) and the wod at FULL intensity, scaled as necessary. Give it 2-3 weeks before you decide to add to it.
