For the first month or so, I didn't have a set schedule. It averaged out to be around 3 times a week though. Months 2 - 5 I have been working out 3 on, 1 off. Lately I have been stretching to 4 or 5 days before taking a rest day though.
Why do I always feel guilty about taking a rest day!? I know my body needs it, but I just feel like I'm missing something!
