Since I want to practice OH Squats at home and work on form, I figure I should simulate the actual lift even better by making sure I don't hold my arms too wide. I'm tall with some orangutan arms so I figure I should work on doing it with my hands all the way at the collars? Does anyone happen to know how wide this is on a standard olympic barbell?
