Tomorrow morning, look up the BrandX forum's WOD and see the scaling levels that they have. (You can just Google "brandx crossfit" and find it there pretty easily)
Pick the scaling level that looks like you can do it - you know your body better than we do - and go after it!
I would advise against giving it 100% effort the first couple of weeks, but give it at least 95%.
I also spent a few weeks doing JUST the CrossFit WarmUp (search for it) and that gave me a good basis of familiarity with the exercises.
