I would like to know if someone can help me find out what medical tests as well as what values for them would indicate a person is fit.
Reading the October 2002 Crossfit Journal issue I saw a very interesting graphic indicating a continuum from sickness to wellness to fitness, as well as some examples of health values measurables along that line, e.g., body fat : 40 % (pathological), 20 % (normal), 10 % (fit).
Some of them are pretty common (blood pressure, cholesterol), however, for a non-expert like me, knowing what values to aim for means a lot of research to do.
