Resources for learning about track workouts?
In my efforts to continue to learn and understand performance I'm interested in the track back ground several games competitors have.
I know nothing about this type of programing. Shortest thing I ever trained for pre CrossFit was 10k (actually cross country in H.S. but didn't really pay attentions to programing just chased fastest guy on the team).
Books and websites to lean about track programing? Seems like 800m training is the one that cross over so well to CrossFit's anaerobic and aerobic demands.
I have a sneaking suspicion I'll regret asking this when I try out a few of the workouts but it is a goat so lets kill it.
