hi steven
maybe it's just terminology, but i wouldn't look at it as a nutritional program. healthy eating should be a habit, and not a program.

i'd review what you normally eat, and start eliminating junk food, sugar, starch/grains/etc., alcohol. make the changes slowly or drastically. depending on what feels right for you.
if you keep reading this forum, you'll find out what's good and what's bad.
