The general prescription here is to start with The Zone - pick up Enter the Zone and/or Master the Zone by Barry Sears. From there, alot of people mess with the macronutrient ratios, increasing fat and/or decreasing carbs to see where they feel/perform the best. Coach Glassman's easy to remember prescription is: "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that support activity but not body fat."
