On Wednesday I completed Tuesday's workout. I completed it in around 15 minutes. I felt sort of bogged down after that month off. My pull-ups, in particular, seemed much worse.
I skipped ahead to today's workout after resting yesterday. Completed in around 13:30. Felt like I could have done much faster if my pull-ups weren't so out of whack. Midway through, I started doing 3 pull-ups after my 4 dips instead of 4 and 4. I have yet to learn how to kip and just do regular, standard pull-ups.
