Hi, this might sound strange... There is an exercise that's often recommended for one of the Rotator Cuff muscles, it's an external rotation with your humerous parallel to the floor. If you do both arms at the same time, both humerous would form a straight line with one another. My question is: while performing this one, should you actively try to push your shoulderblades together? Or should you try to actually increase the distance between your shoulders (or elbows, for that matter). I hope Steven Low reads this one
