Day 1 week 1!

5 x 4 box squats @ 185lbs, probably could have gone 10 lbs higher on these.

8 x 2 speed deadlifts @ 50% (160lbs)

4 x 8 walking lunge (each leg) holding 25lb dumbbells

3 x 12 reverse crunch

3 x 30 sec plank holds

Didn't seem too hard. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
