mr. wolf's recommendation on DOMS is right on. Important to note that doms is normal if you are new to p.t.; if you increase intensity; if you change routines. there are those in the fitness world who claim this is a bad thing(kind of like situps, heh, heh)but doms goes away, usually in a couple of days. is a good pain, your body is being challenged. remember, pain is merely weakness leaving the body. i've been crossfitting since june; it's a blast and has definitely increased my anaerobic fitness and grip. it is challenging every day; doesn't get boring.
