I've read most of the posts concerning this injury here, but have one more question. It really is only an issue during pronated pull-ups (good thing we don't do many of those), but I am able to do them without pain supinated, has anyone else experienced this? If you continued only doing them supinated, any lingering effects on the biceps tendonitis problem? I tend to go with the "it doesn't hurt, so it's okay" school of thought on this. Any input is appreciated
