Workouts have been light lately due to sore knees from running and tennis elbow in the right arm

3 Rounds For Time:
21, 18 and 15 reps of
Thrusters w/ 35# dumbbells(knees felt good)
55# Dumbbell Swings
50 x Incline Situps

5 x Pullups - I was actually able to do pullups for the first time in 18 months without pain from medial epicondylitis. I really hope I've completely healed my elbows and I can start participating in pullup WODs. I will build up my pullup numbers VERY slowly.

Then did some isolated stuff(I don't want to hear it); cable tricep extensions, dumbbell bicep curls and cable high-pulls.
