S**tty day, S**tty workout. Training will pickup much more starting next weekend, I'm on winter break and have a lot less work. I'll be getting more sleep, so I'll probably play in the 15-20 min time range more often for those 2 weeks. Anyways...

PR is 463, but that was done when I was a weak little kid last year, so I was happy with this. Pullups could have been better, I usually get 10 across. Pushups usually 12-13, so those were good. Situps usually 15-17, but I just couldn't move fast enough. Squats are usually 19-20, and last round sometimes 22 or 23, but I had to stop around 10-12 in the last couple rounds and shake off/rebreath.
