Protein: 117g (+2g)
Carb: 147g (should have been 155g with the 35g pre-workout, but not bad!)
Fat: 55.5g (-2g)
Today's metcon kicked my butt, but I can tell I'm making some nice gains with strength this week. Running on the other hand... blech! I know I'm just impatient, but I'm looking forward to the effect that getting increasingly more lean will have on my speed.
