At present, I usually don't have access to gyms on the weekend. I am limited to kettlebells, sandbags, and bodyweight training.

Recently, Crossfit has shifted toward programs like Starting Strength, OLAD, and Rutherford Black Box training, and people are getting great results.

I am searching for good options (preferably bodyweight) on days when I see low rep exercises such as squats and deadlifts.
