added 2 tbsp of penut butter and 1 tbsp of honey to protein shake, finally taste good!
penut butter- 190 cal, 17g fat, 6g carb, 7g prot
honey- 60 cal, 17g carb
added to previous shake, numbers come out to be:
605 cal, 21 fatg, 61 carb, 59 prot
todays total- ~ 1665 cal, 33.5g fat, 224 carb, 134 prot
