12:30 pm- hand full of walnuts/almonds, then juiced 2 apples, 2 carrots and celery sticks.
04:45 pm- Pasta(Barilla), 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, green peas, red sauce.
05:30-6:30pm- kickball with friends
08:00 pm- 5oz. london broil, half cup mixed beans, handfull of broccoli, handfull of walnuts.
10:00 pm- Fiber one bar, cup of 1% lowfat milk.
