I saw this one on gymjones way back when, except it was 45# thrusters, and instead of going up to 10 and back down it was go as high as you can until you can't control your panicked breathing.
I did the GymJones one a couple of times with a 24kg dumbbell swing, went from 1 up to 20 then all the way back down to 1 again. Great workout, but still amazing how 400 swings (proper CF swings, not the half-a$$ed effort GymJones advocates) still doesn't beat Fran for pain.
Awesome list, great for when you go on vacation or somewhere without a gym, especially if you use a random number generator to pick the workouts out.
