Ha! You and I should form a mutual admiration society. I'll praise your endurance when you feel like you ran for crap, and you can praise my strength when I feel like I lifted for crap.
That said, I did just check my home log and saw that 145 is my 1RM (not that I've really worked the lift before now), so I guess 135x3 is respectable for a rest day. I sure felt weak though (although I may have sniffed out a form issue while playing with the PVC this morning).
Feeling much better today and looking forward to the daily challenge of picking up more heavy stuff.
